| John Lewis (Gila River) John Lewis has over six years of experience as a staff engineer. In his two years with Red Mountain, John has worked on a number of energy-related projects, including solar and wind project feasibility studies, including resource assessments, technology assessments, permitting requirements, and environmental reviews, as well as energy options analyses, and electric system feasibility studies. John has extensive AutoCad experience and has generated numerous design and construction documents. John is in the process of completing his B.S. in Environmental Engineering at Stanford University and has completed a number of graduate level engineering and analysis courses. | ||||

Paul Dearhouse (Mohawk and Anishinaabe)
Paul Dearhouse brings eight years of experience as a staff engineer. His areas of expertise include weatherization and energy efficiency. Previously, he worked for the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, providing technical assistance to Tribes in Arizona in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and Tribal housing development. Specific areas of focus included Weatherization Assistance Program planning and implementation, capacity building to support strategic planning goals and Tribal project development, and energy and housing policy analysis and advocacy. Paul also worked at Intel Corporation as a Process Engineer and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Paul is a Director for Native Home Capital Arizona, a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution dedicated to increasing the amount of affordable housing in Tribal communities in Arizona. B.S., Michigan State University; M.S., University of California at Berkeley, both in Materials Science and Engineering. |

Tanya Martinez (Eel River) Tanya Martinez has experience working with Tribal projects including biomass, wind and solar. Tanya provided technical advisory services related to Tribal community- and facility-scale renewable energy systems design as well as analyzed economic development opportunities in the renewable sector. Previously, she worked for Sandia National Laboratories’ Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy as well as the Department of the Army Office of the Assistant Secretary Civil Works as a Udall Foundation Intern. Tanya received her Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and her Masters of Science degree in Energy Engineering from University of Massachusetts. Tanya is a member of the Eel River Bar Mi’kmaq First Nation.

Royce Stewart
Royce Stewart has over twenty-five years experience providing advanced marketing and strategic advisory services. In his one and one-half years with Red Mountain, he has supported solar and wind energy project development efforts with electric load study analyses, financial analysis, technology evaluation, transmission interconnection support, and RFP response development services. Previously, he was a Director at SRR Asia, a boutique consulting organization concentrating on helping clients with market entry and sourcing strategies for China. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stewart worked in marketing and sales management positions in the global telecommunications equipment industry at Lucent Technologies and Tellabs, Inc. B.S., Electrical Engineering, Honors Program - Purdue University; M.B.A. Indiana University. |
